my cell phone is broke and i was just wordering do the power on my cell have to be on in order for skydeck to pick up the information on my phone

Your power has to be on in order to install and reply to the initial sync APP that would activate your cell phone preferences from SKYDECK, this is required in order to respond to the initial text message from the SYNC APP for confirmation for the above APP.
