Skydeck can import comma separated (CSV) files from a number of address book formats, including Microsoft Address Book, Outlook, and Mozilla Thunderbird. However, it is possible that if you are importing a CSV file from another address book program, or even certain varieties of the supported programs, the address book may not be recognized. Please note that any CSV file imported into Skydeck must contain a column header titled “Primary Email”. It does not need to contain any data in the rows beneath it, but adding it will likely fix the problem for your existing CSV file. If after adding “Primary Email” your import still does not work, or the contact details are importing into the wrong address book fields in Skydeck, then you should modify the column headers of your contacts file. Please refer to the following list of accepted standard Column Headers as a reference.
