To start using Skydeck Caller ID on your BlackBerry open Skydeck, click menu, and select “Settings”. Your browser will launch and allow you to change the Caller ID settings. Select “Enable Caller ID” to start using Caller ID. If you do not see the “Settings” option you may need to download the most recent client (go to Skydeck.com on your cell phone).
Skydeck Caller ID is an optional feature. To use it you must grant Skydeck permission to verify caller ID results for other members against your data. Please note that your address book remains private. For more information, see our privacy policy and terms of service.
