Getting the caller ID information before the call is an advanced feature of Skydeck. Your phone and network must support simultaneous voice, 3G/WiFi data connections, and background applications. If you have a BlackBerry on AT&T or T-Mobile with a 3G or simultaneous WiFi connection you can turn this on by checking “Attempt pre-call Caller ID if supported network connection is available” under Advanced Settings in Skydeck. Android phones should display the Caller ID before the call by default.
