iPhone users must supply AT&T login credentials to get calls. Open the Skydeck app on your phone and choose Settings > AT&T Account.
For other cell phones:
Have you installed the Skydeck cell phone sync client? Are you a new member who has yet to see any calls appear in Skydeck? It can take a while to start syncing, so check back later. If the problem persists let us know.
If you saw call records before that have now disappeared, perhaps you archived them? View all Messages to check. If you deleted information, there is no way to retrieve it. If you still have questions, please contact us.
