If your phone is a Blackberry and you cannot click the link, you need to reset your phone:
1. Hold down the ALT key, the right hand SHIFT key, and the DEL key on your Blackberry at the same time.
2. When the phone resets, go back to the text message and try again.
You may also copy the link from the text message and paste it into your Blackberry browser.
If your phone is NOT a Blackberry, look for the code in the text message, select the Help section on the right hand side of the signup page and choose the option “I cannot click the link in the message.”
