We’re sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your account at any time and delete all of your personal data by visiting https://skydeck.com/account/cancel. You will be asked to log in to verify your account. If you have a Skydeck monthly subscription you will no longer be charged once your account is canceled. (Please note that we do not offer partial refunds for your most recent month.)
Finally, if you installed the Skydeck Sync Application on your phone you should delete it so that it doesn’t try to sync data to a non-existent account.
Please note that your data cannot be retrieved after deleting your account, so be sure to save any data that is important to you.
