Have you set your password yet? If not, just go to https://skydeck.com/forgot_password and enter the phone number or email address you registered with. A text or email with a link to create a password will be sent to you.
Didn’t get the text message? Try changing your password from your phone. Open Skydeck and go to the settings page. You can set your password there. This password reset method is currently only available on the iPhone.
Didn’t get the e-mail? Make sure to check your SPAM folder.
If you get a message saying that your email address not recognized try using your phone number. If both are not recognized you may have mistyped them when signing up. The best way to recover is to set up a new account by opening Skydeck and selecting ‘Stop Syncing’ then select ‘Start Syncing’ and signup with your correct phone number. All your contacts will be backed up again and you will be able to log into Skydeck.com after setting a password.
