Go to My Account, and click on ‘My Plan’ in the menu on the left of the page. Then choose ‘I want to reinstall the sync client’ from the menu.
Also, you can go to http://skydeck.com/sync on your mobile phone.
Login to your account when the application first launches to connect the phone application to Skydeck.com.
