Your text messages can take a while to sync with Skydeck. We are working on decreasing the delay.

However, if the texts or calls have not shown up on Skydeck.com within a day, there might be something wrong. Here are a few things that should fix it:

  1. If you are using an old version of Skydeck, please download the updated version. To get the latest version, please go to http://m.skydeck.com on your mobile phone.
  2. Reset the sync on your phone. To do this, open Skydeck on your phone, stop syncing and then start syncing again. You will be asked to login. Finally, select ‘Sync address book now’ to restart the contact sync.

If these suggestions don’t solve your issue, please contact support and we will help further.

Note: iPhone users will only see the time, date and number for text messages.
